Before I found my Feel Great Weight, I used to dread dining out. Every time I'd go to a restaurant, I'd stress about the menu. How could I lose weight when many of the menu selections were high in calories and many of the portion sizes were huge?

But dining out is always a treat for me, so I didn't want to completely restrict myself either. I knew that it would be tough to find something healthy, yet satisfying. However, over the years, I've discovered some tips and tricks to best navigate the dinner menu. Here's my no-fail guide to eating out.
