4 Gorgeous Superfood Smoothies You Have to Try

Here are four of our favorites from the new book:

2 tablespoons dried goji berries
1 teaspoon chili powder
11⁄2 cups apple juice
1 cup water
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
sweetener, to taste (optional)
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Taste, and blend in sweetener as desired.

Superfood boost:
Add 1 tablespoon chia seeds for extra fiber.

1 cup grapefruit, peeled, de-seeded, and chopped
1 1⁄2 cups pomegranate juice
2 teaspoons maqui powder
1⁄2 teaspoon ginger powder
sweetener, to taste

Blend all the ingredients together until frosty. Taste, and sweeten
as desired.

Add 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
