There is one goal that I make every year: To stop eating so much sugar. I think I have usually broken it by like the 4th of January. Or the 3rd!
I am making it again this year, because it wouldn’t be New Year’s without that resolution.
But I’m not worried if I don’t keep it: I can’t put that kind of pressure on myself. I believe in being gentle with yourself.
Every day is a fresh start.
