body positivity – Health https://1millionbestdownloads.com Health: Fitness, Nutrition, Tools, News, Health Magazine Thu, 18 Nov 2021 00:00:00 +0000 en-US hourly 1 https://wordpress.org/?v=6.4.4 Paulina Porizkova Shares Nude Photo in Response to Instagram Comment: 'I Pose for Myself' https://1millionbestdownloads.com/mind-body-body-positivity-paulina-porizkova-nude-photo-instagram-comment/ https://1millionbestdownloads.com/mind-body-body-positivity-paulina-porizkova-nude-photo-instagram-comment/#respond Thu, 18 Nov 2021 00:00:00 +0000 https://1millionbestdownloads.com/mind-body-body-positivity-paulina-porizkova-nude-photo-instagram-comment/ Paulina Porizkova has been on a mission to prove that sexy has no age limit—and she just gave a very thoughtful response to a negative comment about all the bikini, lingerie, and naked photos she posts on Instagram.

It started yesterday, when the 56-year-old supermodel shared a screenshot of a comment in one of her posts that clearly didn't sit well with her. The comment read, "You focused way too much on yourself and your looks. At your age, you should be bathing in the love of your kids and your grandkids instead of traveling all over the world, parading around half naked and acting like a 16 year old. Move near your kids and grandkids, settle down, get a nice house, making it welcoming for your kids and grandkids and starting living a life for others."

"This. This comment is the reason why I do what I do," Porizkova wrote in the caption. "For all of you who follow me regularly, check in tomorrow to see my reply to this comment (and all those who agree with it). I'm gonna have some fun. #thoughtfullreadercomments #enoughisenough #justyouwait."

And she did just that. Porizkova shared an Instagram post of herself posing naked in thigh-high boots, covered by a censor bar (and a censor star). She accompanied the whole thing with a lengthy caption about why she did it.

"Yesterdays comment of one @jamesorvin is only important insofar as to highlight the still common belief THAT WOMEN ARE ESSENTIALLY CHATTEL. That once we have stopped breeding, we should be retired to provide nourishment for others," she wrote. "I'm 56, and living my best life. After a lifetime spent taking care of others, I finally get to do ME. Sure, I can also knit and bake and bask in the warm glow of my family on the rare occasion they need me, but I can also bask in the glow of a tropical sun, a lover's arms, and here the fabulous light of @luigiandIango."

Porizkova said she posts bikini and nude photos "because I finally feel good in my skin." She continued, "I don't do this for compliments or likes. (Although they are very nice indeed.) I'm doing it because you see thousands of images of younger women in the same situations. That's what you're used to seeing. No one tells them to put their clothes on. By what standard is it ok to ogle a nude teen, but not a mature woman?"

Porizkova pointed out that she's taken the same type of photos since she was 15. "Back then, I couldn't be proud of who I was because I didn't yet know who I was," she said. "I did what others asked of me. I posed for others."

Older women are "allowed wisdom, humor, patience—but not sensuality. Not sexiness," Porizkova said. "This is a major societal taboo which is precisely why I post what I post," she wrote. "I may be 56, but I'm as fully a woman as I was thirty years ago, in fact, I'd argue: more so. I'm finally fully inhabiting this body of mine, I fully appreciate it, and I am fully celebrating it."

"I may be posting for you. But I pose for myself," Porizkova wrote, before adding her usual hashtags "#sexyhasnoexpirationdate #betweenjloandbettywhite #womensupportingwomen #celebratingtheskinyourein."

RELATED: Paulina Porizkova, 56, Poses in a String Bikini as She Pauses 'All the Stress of Life'

Other celebrities and fans flocked to Porizkova's defense—and sent her congratulations—in both posts. Actress Sophia Bush shared a lengthy comment in response to the initial comment that sparked Porizkova's nude post: "Heaven forbid a woman enjoy her life. Heaven forbid a woman enjoy traveling. Heaven forbid a woman feel good in her skin. Heaven forbid a woman, when she's young, be too sexy. And heaven forbid a woman, when she's "older," be too sexy. Heaven forbid her have any desire at all besides being a matriarch who serves and bends the needs of a patriarch first, children second, and herself last. Heaven forbid us women be anything at all I guess…"

To celebrate Porizkova, fellow supermodel Helena Christensen commented "And I love you," in response to her nude photo. Actress and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna also commented, "You. Go. Girl."

Porizkova ended her most recent post on an empowered note: "Those of you who have issues with nudity- there is a small button that reads 'unfollow.' And since I'm not an airport—there is no need to announce your departure."

Paulina Porizkova Poses in String Bikini as She Fights Back Against Comments From 'Trolls' on Aging https://1millionbestdownloads.com/mind-body-body-positivity-paulina-porizkova-string-bikini/ https://1millionbestdownloads.com/mind-body-body-positivity-paulina-porizkova-string-bikini/#respond Fri, 12 Nov 2021 00:00:00 +0000 https://1millionbestdownloads.com/mind-body-body-positivity-paulina-porizkova-string-bikini/ Paulina Porizkova wants to change the dialogue surrounding the natural aging process—and she's using her Instagram platform to spread awareness for the issue.

Days Porizkova praised Sarah Jessica Parker for calling out the "misogynist chatter" surrounding aging as a woman, the 56-year-old former supermodel continued the important conversation on social media. In a new Instagram post, accompanied by a vacation photo of herself in a white string bikini, Porizkova stressed the importance of changing how we talk about aging—especially when referencing women, and how we compare their aging experiences to those of men.

Paulina-Porizkova Paulina-Porizkova started her post, adding that mean-spirited comments on her previous post, which included side-by-side photos of herself and Parker, also 56, made her do some "deep thinking."

"SJP rightly pointed out that in a photo of her and Andy Cohen – he sits there with a full head of grey hair and way more wrinkles, and is considered a sexy guy – while she gets comments about how she should 'fix herself,'" she continued, referencing the Parker's recent cover story for the December issue of Vogue.

She went on to cite a famous quote from former supermodel Carmen Dell'Orefice regarding cosmetic interventions: "If you had the ceiling falling down in your living room, would you not go and have a repair?"

"She has a good point. If you CAN fix it, why wouldn't you? I battle with this all the time," Porizkova wrote. "Because sometimes I DO want to fix it. But more often, I think CAN and SHOULD are two separate things. Or at least, they should be."

RELATED: Paulina Porizkova Praises Sarah Jessica Parker's 'Silver Roots' and Urges More Representation for Aging Women

But to Porizkova, the most alarming part of Dell'Orefice's quote is that it compares a woman's aging face to "falling down ceilings," which is sexist, insinuates that aging is a bad thing and is simply an outdated concept that should remain in "the cave man" days. "It's called evolution," she concluded. "So come on ladies, let's not be left behind."

Paulina's post immediately garnered praise from several celebrities, including actress Naomi Watts. "It's time to alter the narrative," Watts, 53, commented. "We need these kind of conversations to make that change. One of the positives of [Instagram] is that everyone's voice can be in the mix. Let's be part of that movement and see ourselves reflected in media and all storytelling. We have lived!! And we are still here!!"

Paulina Porizkova Praises Sarah Jessica Parker's 'Silver Roots' and Urges More Representation for Aging Women https://1millionbestdownloads.com/mind-body-body-positivity-paulina-porzikova-sarah-jessica-parker-aging/ https://1millionbestdownloads.com/mind-body-body-positivity-paulina-porzikova-sarah-jessica-parker-aging/#respond Wed, 10 Nov 2021 00:00:00 +0000 https://1millionbestdownloads.com/mind-body-body-positivity-paulina-porzikova-sarah-jessica-parker-aging/ Former supermodel Paulina Porizkova has always been outspoken about aging in the public eye—and now, she's sharing her support a fellow celeb: Actress Sarah Jessica Parker.

Prizkova, 56, took to Instagram on Wednesday to commend Parker, also 56, for simply existing as a woman embracing the natural process of aging.

"I've been seeing photos of Sarah Jessica Parker in the media, and every time I think 'oh thank you thank you!' Someone who is my age who looks like me," Porizkova wrote alongside a side-by-side photo of Parker and herself. "I see my lines and droops and silver roots mirrored, and I love it. Representation!"

Porizkova went on to say that Parker makes her feel like she's "not a freak for aging—because fashionable, beautiful, stylish her—is doing it too. And she looks amazing."

Parker herself also tackled the issue of aging as a celebrity. In a new cover story for the December issue of Vogue, celebrating the forthcoming Sex and the City sequel, And Just Like That, hitting HBO Max in December, Parker specifically addressed a July 2021 incident in which she was criticized for her appearance. The specific incident she's talking about is the photograph which Porizkova used in her post above.

RELATED: Paulina Porizkova Poses in a Bikini to Prove There's No Such Thing as Anti-Aging

"There's so much misogynist chatter in response to us that would never. Happen. About. A. Man," Parker told Vogue, accentuating each worth with a clap. "'Gray hair, gray hair, gray hair. Does she have gray hair?' I'm sitting with Andy Cohen [host of Bravo's Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen], and he has a full head of gray hair, and he's exquisite. Why is it OK for him? I don't know what to tell you people!"

Parker went on to say that this type of criticism seems to be particularly prevalent on social media. "Everyone has something to say. 'She has too many wrinkles, she doesn't have enough wrinkles.' It almost feels as if people don't want us to be perfectly okay with where we are, as if they almost enjoy us being pained by who we are today, whether we choose to age naturally and not look perfect, or whether you do something if that makes you feel better," she said. "I know what I look like. I have no choice. What am I going to do about it? Stop aging? Disappear?"

Going back to Porizkova's post, she wanted to be clear that she doesn't intend to judge anyone's specific approach to aging. "You should do exactly what makes you feel best about yourself," she said. "That little whiff of confidence a tweak may give you can translate into a ton of opportunity. Carpe diem!"

Her point of the post? "That aging women have been nearly erased from the media, leaving those of us who want to, or try or would at least try to embrace it, without much representation."

Iskra Lawrence Calls Out Retouching Apps: 'This Is Your Reminder to Never Compare Yourself to Anyone Else' https://1millionbestdownloads.com/mind-body-body-positivity-iskra-lawrence-social-media-filter-apps/ https://1millionbestdownloads.com/mind-body-body-positivity-iskra-lawrence-social-media-filter-apps/#respond Wed, 10 Nov 2021 00:00:00 +0000 https://1millionbestdownloads.com/mind-body-body-positivity-iskra-lawrence-social-media-filter-apps/ Iskra Lawrence is calling out filtering apps on social media for being "damaging to our body image and mental health." In a new Instagram video, the model and body positivity advocate demonstrates how unrealistic filtered images on social media actually are, pushing for the requirement of warnings and minimum age limits on photo-distorting apps.

Iskra-Lawrence-Imaging-Apps-GettyImages-1156015444-1188119135 Iskra-Lawrence-Imaging-Apps-GettyImages-1156015444-1188119135

"This is your reminder to never compare yourself to anyone else, especially the filtered versions we often see on social media. I definitely don't look like this in real life and refuse to compare myself to this unrealistic version," she said in the video.

"We literally have a society that does everything to make us hate the way we look and compare ourselves, not just one another, but unrealistic photoshopped versions too," she wrote in the caption, urging her followers to share the video with "anyone who might be struggling with body image or young [people] who may not realize the images they're consuming aren't real!"

"Apps like these will not disappear, so we need to educate ourselves and one another to not let what we see online impact how we feel about ourselves in real life," Lawrence wrote. "In case you need reminding you're good enough just as you are."

In her video, Lawrence also revealed that she believes "that apps like this should have a warning and an age limit," asking people to comment if they think that too. The comment section filled with agreement. "Yes please!!," one person wrote. "100%," someone else said. "Absolutely true. Thank you for pointing out and continuing to give these strong messages," another person wrote.

This is just Lawrence's latest move in calling out the potential dangers of comparing yourself to others on social media. Even as far back as 2017, she shared a series of images demonstrating how influencers use strategic poses to "dramatically change" the way they look. "I wanted to get super real and show [you] how drastically and instantly [people] can change how they look simply by posing," she wrote about the misleading images.

More recently, the mother-of-one shared an empowering Instagram post that highlighted a change she's experienced IRL—her weight gain over the past six years. With it, she made the point that it isn't the extra pounds that are important, but the added life experiences. "So when I look in the mirror and see weight gain I choose instead to see all the other things I've gained from living life," she wrote, urging people to replace "appearance based" compliments with those that "inspire us to change the conversation about who we are, not what we look like."

Iskra Lawrence Opens Up About Weight Gain in New Instagram Post: 'We Are All So Much More Than Our Bodies' https://1millionbestdownloads.com/mind-body-body-positivity-iskra-lawrence-weight-gain/ https://1millionbestdownloads.com/mind-body-body-positivity-iskra-lawrence-weight-gain/#respond Wed, 20 Oct 2021 00:00:00 +0000 https://1millionbestdownloads.com/mind-body-body-positivity-iskra-lawrence-weight-gain/ Iskra Lawrence is pointing out that she has gained weight over the past few years—and with it a sense of empowerment. Now, she's spreading that message of body positivity to others.

On October 19, the 31-year-old model posted two images of herself to Instagram: one taken in 2015 and the other this year. In both photos, Lawrence is similarly posed, sitting on a bed with her arms in the air. "She has gained weight since the first pic but feels empowered because she knows she is more than her size," Lawrence put as a photo description in the caption.

RELATED: Iskra Lawrence Celebrates Her 'Soft Curvy Mombod' While Posing in Black Bodysuit on Instagram

That's the message she has for her followers: find deeper meaning than your reflection in the mirror or a number on the scale.

"When all we see is weight gain we negate all the life we've lived," wrote Lawrence, who welcomed her first child in April 2020. "As a society we perpetuate an obsession with physical appearance by judging one another and commenting on weight change. I've had hundreds of comments over the years about the size of my body – especially postpartum. So when I look in the mirror and see weight gain I choose instead to see all the other things I've gained from living life."

She went on to explain how much more enriched her life is now that she doesn't care as much about the number on the scale. "Not being consumed with the fear of weight gain or the obsession with weight loss thanks to recovery has allowed me to achieve so much more," Lawrence revealed.

RELATED: Iskra Lawrence Speaks Out About Her Battle With Self-Confidence in Emotional Instagram Post

"Maybe you're not there yet. Maybe you still only see your weight when you look in the mirror or hear the comments about your body louder than all the other compliments about who you are. You can and will get there," she continued. "Start off by thinking of all the things you've gained that aren't to do with your weight / appearance, write them down in a journal or a post it note on your mirror. And start finding ways to compliment yourself and others that aren't appearance based."

She even posted three slides after her side-by-side image that offered 15 compliments someone can give that aren't appearance-based, including:

  • You're such a good friend. I appreciate you always being there for me, it means a lot.
  • You have the best sense of humor. You make everyone around you laugh.
  • I love how passionate you are about the things you care about.
  • I love how much compassion you have for others.
  • I really admire and appreciate how open-minded you are.

She added that she hopes the compliment ideas will "inspire us to change the conversation about who we are, not what we look like."

Her followers were moved by both her message and advice, leaving comments like: "Screenshotted to read over and over," "You're an inspiration, thank you for sharing this," and "This this this!!! Thank you for doing this work and sharing it with us!"

To close out her post, Lawrence gave this reminder: "We are all so much more than our bodies. As you go through life cherish all the moments you collect that make you who you are today."

Paulina Porizkova, 56, Posts a Nude Photo to Instagram: 'Us Middle-Age Women Need to Announce Ourselves' https://1millionbestdownloads.com/mind-body-body-positivity-paulina-porizkova-instagram-comment/ https://1millionbestdownloads.com/mind-body-body-positivity-paulina-porizkova-instagram-comment/#respond Tue, 19 Oct 2021 00:00:00 +0000 https://1millionbestdownloads.com/mind-body-body-positivity-paulina-porizkova-instagram-comment/ Whether she's sharing unretouched photos of herself or battling body shamers, Paulina Porizkova's unapologetic approach to promoting body confidence for people of all ages has solidified her voice as an advocate for body positivity. This week, she's back at it again. Now, she's responding directly to someone who called her out for wanting attention.

On October 18, the 56-year-old model shared an image of herself to Instagram lying on top of her bed naked, engulfed in a sea of white sheets. In the caption, she wrote about the importance of sleep. "Mankind's greatest invention. It's not fire, it's not the wheel, it's not pre-sliced bread… It's Incontestably, incontrovertibly, irrefutably – A MATTRESS," she said. "I'm now convinced this is the real reason humans live longer these days. The beauty and wit of middle age is quickly lost if deprived of a comfortable spot to rest ones bones. Here's to the padding which supports us while we slumber- hay or straw, down or feathers, coils or foam- whatever it is- as long as it is there!"

RELATED: Paulina Porizkova, 56, Runs on the Beach in a Bikini—Despite Having 'Some Arthritis' in Her Hips

A majority of her followers either agreed with her musings or commented about her appearance. "I Agree Mattresses Are Wonderful, But Humanity's Greatest Invention May Be YOU🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥," one person said. "I'm not much younger than you, but I still wanna be you when I grow up!," another wrote. "Love this pic – ❤️you are beautiful and inspiring to me as I age with grace as a 57 yr old woman," someone else commented.

RELATED: Paulina Porizkova, 56, Poses in a String Bikini as She Pauses 'All the Stress of Life'

However, one individual opted to leave a backhanded compliment: "I think you are absolutely gorgeous! However, I'm absolutely convinced that you are starving for attention and you only get the attention you deserve when your clothes are off. You are amazing in every way, shape, and form! People who love you…know you are as beautiful clothed."

The unsolicited advice didn't land well with Porizkova, who used it as an opportunity to address some other unkind words that have been left on her various social media posts.

"Hm, this seems to be a thread amongst you guys now, that you love me so I should leave my clothes on. I suppose you assume I post to get love. I do post for attention, sure, but what I post is ME, fully me emotionally and sometimes physically naked," she clapped back in a direct reply. "Us middle-aged women need to announce ourselves. Bang our fists on the table and shout I'm here."

RELATED: Paulina Porizkova Gets Real About Ageism as She Poses Nude for 'Los Angeles' Magazine

Fans were quick to defend Porizkova's decision to upload the photo and to show support for her reply, with one person saying, "Well said, thank you for a kind response. I can hear and understand what you are saying. Being middle age is fabulous and free!" "Don't listen to hate! You are an inspiration to other "middle aged" women!," another person commented.

Porizkova has actually already explained why she shares revealing photos of herself on social media: It's how she chooses to combat the ageism that comes with beauty standards. Back in July, she posted a photo of herself in a bikini, writing that she has no desire to fight the aging process. Instead, she wants "to shine a bright light in the dark corners of the shame that is heaped on women for daring to age." It's her way of banging her fists on the table and shouting that she's here.

Lizzo Says Twerking Helped Her Find Self-Love: 'My Ass Is My Greatest Asset' https://1millionbestdownloads.com/mind-body-body-positivity-lizzo-twerking-ted-talk/ https://1millionbestdownloads.com/mind-body-body-positivity-lizzo-twerking-ted-talk/#respond Fri, 01 Oct 2021 00:00:00 +0000 https://1millionbestdownloads.com/mind-body-body-positivity-lizzo-twerking-ted-talk/ Lizzo regularly talks about the importance of body positivity, and she's also known to completely floor people with her onstage performances. So, it's hardly shocking that the rapper would give a TED Talk on the Black history of twerking—and how it taught her about self love.

Lizzo-Self-Love-Twerking-GettyImages-1138981074 Lizzo-Self-Love-Twerking-GettyImages-1138981074 —is currently available on YouTube, and in it, Lizzo makes it clear that she's big on flashing her butt. "If you follow me on social media, you've probably seen my heinie before," she says. But Lizzo says she didn't always feel that confident about her butt.

"I used to hate my ass, believe it or not," she says in the video. "I have my father's shape and my mother's thighs, so it's big and long. I used to think that only asses like J.Lo's or Beyoncé's could be famous. I never thought that could happen to me."

Lizzo says she always felt like her body type "wasn't the right one" or "desirable" when she was growing up, "because I grew up in an era where having a big ass wasn't mainstream."

But Lizzo says that's no longer the case. "My ass has been the topic of conversations, my ass has been in magazines," she says. "Rihanna gave my ass a standing ovation. Yes, my booty! My least favorite part of my body."

And then she gave what might be the best segue in a TED talk ever. "How did this happen? Twerking," Lizzo says. "Through the movement of twerking, I realized that my ass is my greatest asset. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to my TED Twerk."

RELATED: Lizzo Just Posted an Unedited Nude Photo to Help Change the Conversation About Beauty Standards

Lizzo shares that she learned how to twerk when she was a teenager, and she eventually dove into the dance move's origins in Black culture. "Modern-day twerking derived from Black people and Black culture," she says. "It has a direct parallel to West African dances like Mapouka. Black people carried the origins of this dance through our DNA, through our blood, through our bones. We made twerking the global cultural phenomenon it became today."

But Lizzo says that twerking has been disassociated from its roots, pointing out that when Miley Cyrus did it at the 2013 VMAs, it was "misunderstood" and that its history in Black culture was "erased."

"Everything that Black people create, from fashion to music to the way we talk, is co-opted and appropriated by pop culture," Lizzo says, noting that she wanted to do this TED talk to help people understand the history of twerking and to "prevent the erasure of Blackness" from the move.

"For me, twerking ain't a trend," Lizzo says. "My body ain't a trend. I twerk because of my ancestors, for sexual liberation, for my bitches—hey girls—because I can. Because I know I look good. I twerk because it's unique to the Black experience, it's unique to my culture, and it means something real to me."

RELATED: Lizzo Poses in African Print Bikini: 'Big Girls Have Abs'

Lizzo says she twerks "because I'm talented. Because I'm sexual, but not to be sexualized." She continues, "I twerk to own my power, to reclaim my Blackness, my culture. I twerk for fat Black women because being fat and Black is a beautiful thing."

Lizzo also says that twerking is "a pearl of optimism" for her. "It's a form of self-expression, freedom, confidence," she says "Twerking is not just something I do to music. It's extremely useful. It manifests in my life in ways that I need more joy. In the mornings, twerking leads me to stretching and taking care of my body. I bend over and I isolate my cheeks, I'm in downward dog!"

"Black women invented twerking and twerking is part of the revolution," she says. "We been doing it, we going to keep doing it—because we have and always will be the blueprint."

Lizzo wrapped up her TED talk by helping the audience learn to twerk to her song "Tempo." "This is a dream come true," she says at the end.

This is not the first time the daughter of actors Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger has posted to Instagram in the name of body positivity. Earlier this year, Baldwin shared two pictures of herself wearing a leopard print bikini, sitting on the edge of a bathtub, with the caption, "psa: it's incredibly freeing to stop worrying about what others think of you and being [imprisoned] by constantly thinking of what you can do to make people like you!!"

"Wanted to announce that today is the 15th of August, and today marks six years that I have been free of anorexia and bulimia and all of my other food compulsion and eating disorders that I have struggled through for many years. And today marks six years. So, you can do it," she said in the video.

In a series of photos of herself basking on a balcony, clad in a light blue bra and underwear set, the 31-year-old mom explained that self-confidence is "so much more than just putting on your cutest undie set and posing for pics."

Lawrence went on to share that being a new mom has given her a new perspective on the issue, too: "At times self-care seemed impossible and insignificant when you're trying to juggle so baby, work and still being present in your relationship," she wrote. She shared that, while she used to love the phrase "put your mask on before helping others," she admits that she "would never put my mask on first if my baby needed me."

For when she's not feeling as self-confident as she'd like, Lawrence shared this advice to others who might be able to relate: "We remember who the F we are," she wrote. "We look directly at ourselves in the mirror and build ourselves up like we are going into battle, we [armor] up with our kind words and affirmations and we ask for help when we need it."

Lawrence's fans flocked to her post, thanking the model for being so open about her struggles. "Exactly what I needed to hear at this moment," one Instagram user shared, while another told Lawrence that her "glow is so beautiful."

She ended the post by empowering her followers and fans to remember that "this is our life, no one else's. According to Lawrence, regarding our lives: "We have the ability to own every aspect of it and I believe no matter where you are right now as you're reading you've got this," she wrote. You're enough exactly as you are right now ILY."

Lawrence—who gave birth to her son in April 2020—has long been a proponent of body positivity for all bodies throughout different stages of life. "Gained weight, still feel cute💁🏼‍♀️ Let's continue to normalise that our bodies fluctuate; soften, strengthen, stretch and evolve as we grow into new versions of ourselves. What a gift to have a body that allows us to experience this life," she wrote in the caption of a July 27 Instagram post.

Lawrence has previously opened up to Health about what it took to get to a place where she stopped obsessing about how her body looked compared to other models and started to appreciate it in its natural form—and motherhood helped with that. After giving birth, she learned to love her body even more. "Definitely without a shadow of a doubt the fact that I was able to create a human—that just feels miraculous," she said.
